Ontario Securities Commission redesigns website

The Toronto-based Ontario Securities Commission has redesigned its website at <http://www.getsmarteraboutmoney.ca>. The site provides educational materials for investors. The redesign is intended to make the site more mobile-friendly. It makes use of streamlined menus, clearer navigation and an improved search function, as well as social media sharing functions. The site's content consists of investing articles, videos and calculators.
"Delivering modern and effective investor education is an important objective of the OSC," said Tyler Fleming, director of the OSC investor office. "The new GetSmarterAboutMoney.ca reflects how people today seek out information and provides investors with the best possible experience, whatever their device."
