Newcap gets CRTC approval for CISL sale

Dartmouth-based radio company Newcap has received approval from the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission to sell Vancouver-based AM station CISL to to Rogers Media of Toronto. The transaction is expected to close within 90 days. Newcap is a subsidiary of Newfoundland Capital Corporation.
