New executive director at NABS

The Toronto-based National Advertising Benevolent Society has appointed Jay Bertram to the position of executive director. Bertram is the former president of TBWA Canada and TBWA Latin America. He was also a senior vice-president and partner at Cossette, as well as an account director at Chiat Day and J. Walter Thompson.
