Environics adds two

Environics Communications has hired Amber Blackburn as a senior consultant in its consumer and lifestyle practice in Toronto. She was most recently a senior account manager at Citizen Relations, where she was also an account manager and a senior account executive.
Mary Anne Carter has joined the agency's Ottawa office as a senior consultant in its government relations practice. She was previously director of competition policy and business law at the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, where she was also coordinator of intellectual property and arbitration.
