Breen joins Doug&Partners

Toronto-based Doug&Partners, formerly DougSerge&Partners, has appointed Loretto Breen to the position of group account director in its client service department. Loretto was most recently a group account director at KBS, where she was the global leader of its Bank of Montreal account. Prior to that she was an account supervisor at Leo Burnett and communications manager at the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. She has also worked at Partners & Edell and Endeavour Marketing.
