Via Rail continues Take the Train campaign

Via Rail Canada has begun a new phase of its "Why don't you take the train?" campaign, which debuted in September of last year. Developed by Cossette, the initiative encourages consumers to travel by train instead of by car between cities. The new phase focuses on poor road conditions during winter.
The campaign will run until spring. It includes online video pre-roll ads, billboards, digital advertising on Toronto Star Touch, television commercials, web banners and social media content consisting of a series of online videos. One execution, which will run exclusively on snowy days, uses the tagline, "Another beautiful day to travel."
Media work for the campaign is being handled by Touché, while the digital content is being developed by Tink.
