Sage Software conducts online campaign

Accounting software company Sage Software has launched a holiday season advertising campaign focusing on its integrated accounting, payroll and payment systems. The online campaign, called "There For Us," highlights the work of small business operators to contribute to the economy. The campaign consists of an online video and social media activities conducted via YouTube, Twitter and Facebook.

The creative depicts a mother who cannot join her family for Christmas due to the demands of her business, until her family finally surprises her will a Christmas dinner at her store. According to the company, the campaign is part of a larger overall brand strategy. It will run until Jan. 7, 2017. The campaign was developed by US-based Pereira & O'Dell.

"The holidays naturally evoke emotion and at Sage, we wanted to create a special, heartfelt ad that shows our appreciation of the entrepreneurs who make our holidays better," said Van Diamandakis, executive brand vice-president at Sage. "This festive season is a time of celebration, especially for the people, values, and traditions that matter to us. But so often, hard-working small business owners have to sacrifice time with family and friends to stay open. We want to take the opportunity to shine a light on the business builders who work tirelessly to make other people's holidays so special that they miss out on their own."
