University of Waterloo begins new campaign

The University of Waterloo in Waterloo, ON recently retained MSix of Toronto to handle the media strategy, planning and buying for a communications campaign that began in late November. The campaign was developed in association with Bruce Mau Design of Toronto. It focuses on personal stories of "innovation, creativity, academic excellence, research and entrepreneurship" from students and faculty members at the school. It consists of print and digital advertising, as well as social media activities.

"We're delighted to work with the forward-thinking team at University of Waterloo," said Kerry Mitchell, managing director of MSix in Canada. "Their innovation focus extends to their desire to leverage media effectively in an increasingly competitive environment. We look forward to sharing University of Waterloo's inspiring stories of leadership and innovation with targeted audiences in Canada and internationally."
