Penningtons conducts augmented reality promotion

Women's apparel chain Penningtons recently conducted an augmented reality in-store promotion called the "Mystery Quest." Using a mobile application called SoIX, developed by Solisco Printers of Montreal, consumers in any of the chain's 85 Canadian locations could search the store to find discounts and learn about various products. Penningtons is a subsidiary of Reitmans Canada.
