New creative directors at Narrative

Toronto-based Narrative has appointed Laura Serra and Meredith Klapowich to the newly-created positions of co-creative director. They will lead all creative work for Narrative and head the creative staff supporting Narrative, Bensimon Byrne and OneMethod. Serra was most recently a senior writer and creative strategist for all three agencies. She joined Narrative in 2011 as director of lifestyle brands. Prior to that, she was a columnist at The Globe and Mail. Klapowich was previously a senior art director at Bensimon Byrne. She joined the agency in 2006 as an account supervisor, later becoming an account director. She has also been an account executive at TBWA Toronto.
