Tim Hortons releases hockey-themed video series

Tim Hortons has begun a new campaign featuring hockey players Sidney Crosby and Nathan MacKinnon. The campaign consists of three videos in which the players surprise people in their home province of Nova Scotia by joining in with a youth ball hockey game, bringing coffee to a Halifax fire station and visiting a Tim Hortons location. The videos have been posted to the company's YouTube channel.
"There really isn't anything more Canadian than a Tims Run, so I'm glad Nate and I were able to team up with Tim Hortons again this year and take it to the next level," said Crosby. "We both love being out in our communities whenever we get the chance and it was fun to surprise some of the people at home in Nova Scotia. This was a great way for us to kick off the hockey season and build on last year's amazing experience."
