La Presse promotes Cassagnes

Montreal-based La Presse has promoted Sébastien Cassagnes to the position of director of national sales. He will head the company's national multi-platform advertising sales staff. He will also direct national sales for Groupe Capitales Médias, which is represented by La Presse. Cassagnes was most recently sales director for retail advertising at the newspaper. Prior to joining La Presse in 2015, Cassagnes was director of sales and innovations for eastern Canada at Rogers Media, where he was also manager of innovations and integrated sales as well as senior director of national accounts.
