Cadreon adds two

Cadreon of Toronto has appointed Erin Rahn to the position of general manager and Jordan Brooks to the position of data director. Rahn has spent the last two years at MediaCom as digital investment director.  Prior to that, she held a series of positions at Cadreon, including technical director and programmatic operations director. Brooks was most recently director of programmatic media at Catalyst Canada. Prior to that, he was also at Cadreon. Cadreon is the advertising technology unit of IPG Mediabrand.
