Catelli Foods has released a new television commercial called "Picture Perfect" which is intended to depict the love consumers have for pasta as an element of family life. The ad, developed by Environics Communications, consists of a series of images of happy family moments. Fifteen- and 30-second versions of the commercial will air in English and French until mid-March, then again from mid-April to mid-May. It is being displayed on networks including CTV, Global, City and TVA, as well as specialty channels including W, Food Network, Slice and HGTV. A 60-second version of the ad has been posted online.
The commercial will be supported with public relations and influencer relations featuring the participation of chefs Cory Vitiello, Martin Juneau and Michael Allemeier. The brand has also redesigned its website at <http://www.catelli.ca> and its packaging. The digital elements of the campaign are being conducted by Bam Strategy. The new packaging and other in-store materials were developed by Hunter Straker. Media buying is being handled by Clear Media.
"Pasta is present in so many Canadian households, which isn't surprising when you couple our country's ever-evolving diversity with this food's versatility," said Doyle Brown, senior brand manager at Catelli Foods. "Our campaign focuses on Canada's universal love of pasta, and what that looks like today. 'Picture Perfect' is our nod to Canadian families and the role that Catelli Foods' line-up of healthy pasta options plays in their day-to-day life."
