Solutions with Impact readies Maxim parties

Toronto-based event marketing company Solutions with Impact has signed a licensing agreement with men's lifestyle magazine Maxim, with which it will produce a series of Maxim-branded events in Canada. These events will be conducted by a new business entity called SWI Entertainment International. Its first effort will take place in Toronto in February during the weekend of the NBA All-Star game. They will include live entertainment and local celebrities, and will be attended by readers of the magazine in the cities where they are held.
"We look forward to bringing the Maxim brand to the celebratory atmosphere that surrounds major sporting and entertainment events in Canada, including the NBA All-Star game, the Grey Cup, the Toronto Film Festival, the Calgary Stampede, Montreal Grand Prix and Honda Indy Toronto, among others," said Joel Hock, CEO of Solutions with Impact.
