COMB adds two members

Clear Channel Canada and Thom Partners have joined the Toronto-based Canadian Out-of-Home Measurement Bureau. The organization will now provide circulation counts for Clear Channel's large format billboards in Montreal and Toronto, as well as its street level inventory in Ottawa. Its Edmonton street furniture will be added in January 2016. Thom Partners specializes in sports marketing consulting and community sports advertising.
