Ruckus Digital adds two

Ruckus Digital of Toronto has recently gained two new staff members. Moe Arora has joined the agency as a senior digital strategist. He previously operated his own consulting firm. He was also president of Rockstar Branded. Arora has also worked at Buvision and Universal Music Group. Serge Leshchuk has also joined the agency as a social strategist. He was previously a digital intern at FleishmanHillard.
