Outfront Media launches two billboards in Toronto

Outfront Media Canada has installed two new digital billboards in Toronto. The boards are 14-feet by 48-feet in size and are located on the exterior of the Yonge Eglinton Centre shopping mall. According to the company, they will be within view of approximately 125,000 drivers and pedestrians daily. The new displays are part of a $65 million renovation of the Yonge Eglinton Centre, which also includes 45 interior digital displays in the Atrium, the main shopping areas, the food court and the subway levels. The first advertiser to make use of the displays is Warner Bros., which is using them to promote the May 15 release of its film Mad Max: Fury Road.
"We are thrilled to be the first advertiser to appear on Outfront Media's spectacular digital bulletins at the heart of mid-town Toronto," said Sandy Power, senior vice-president at Warner Bros. Pictures Canada. "Their scale, vibrancy and proximity to one of Canada's key theatres help us to dominate the corner, delivering an unmatched experience befitting our big screen theatrical releases."
