Hughes joins Cairns Oneil Strategic Media

Tim Hughes has joined Toronto-based Cairns Oneil Strategic Media as managing director. Hughes was most recently senior vice-president and client business director at MediaCom. Prior to that, he was managing director of Mindshare Canada. Hughes has also been managing director of client leadership at Maxus, group media director at Ogilvy & Mather and a media planner at Robins Sharpe Associates.
