New board chair at Groupe Media TFO

Groupe Média TFO has appointed Carole Beaulieu to the position of chair of its board of directors. She is currently associate vice-president of university relations at OCAD University in Toronto, where she directs government relations, marketing, communications, institutional planning and governance functions. Prior to that, she was a consultant at Manulife Financial. Beaulieu has also been chief of staff to the Ontario Minister of Culture, Francophone Affairs and Community and Social Services. She was also head of marketing and development at Canada's National Ballet School.
