Hoy joins StrategyCorp

Toronto-based public affairs agency StrategyCorp has appointed Shirley Hoy to the position of senior advisor in its municipal affairs practice. She has spent the last seven years as city manager of the City of Toronto. Hoy has also been assistant deputy minister of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing, as well as chief executive officer of the Ontario Housing Corporation and chief executive officer of the Toronto Lands Corporation.
