Montana's Cookhouse & Bar begins BBQ campaign

Toronto-based restaurant chain Montana's Cookhouse & Bar has begun an advertising campaign in support of its "Best of BBQ Sampler" promotion. The campaign depicts representatives of the restaurant entering a series of Toronto businesses and paying for their products or services with ribs, sausages, chicken, brisket and shrimp. These included a psychic reading, a martial arts lesson, a manicure, a yoga lesson, men's skin care products, shoes, a haircut, flowers, a rug, a massage and a tattoo.
"This ad campaign proves with real people, just how irresistible our BBQ is," said Chelsea Kellock, brand manager at Montana's. "Hardly anyone turns down a platter of BBQ. Forget about Bitcoins. Meat is much more widely accepted."
The ads will run nationally in cinemas, on TSN and as online pre-roll. Longer versions of each execution will be posted on the company's Facebook and Twitter pages. Montana's Cookhouse & Bar is owned by Cara Operations.
