Capital C creates videos for TEDxColumbiaSIPA conference
By Adnews Staff
Capital C of Toronto recently developed two online videos promoting a conference in New York called TEDxColumbiaSIPA. The two 60-second videos, called "The Vine Effect" and "The Glass Era," depict future societies in which social media has replaced the search for "thought-provoking content." The agency produced the videos pro-bono in association with production company Someplace Nice.
"Both of these films very much play into cultural and digital trends," said Gary Watson, chief creative officer at Capital C. "Shortened attention spans. Technology overload. Things that get in the way of spending time with inspirational content that ultimately makes a difference in our lives."
