National Public Relations promotes two

National Public Relations of Toronto has promoted Maricel Dicion to the position of senior technology consultant. Prior to joining the agency in 2011, she was an account manager at Citizen Relations International. She was also an account executive at Cohn & Wolfe. She has also worked at the Ontario Science Centre, 680News and Weber Shandwick. Noor Marzook has been promoted to the position of senior marketing consultant. Before joining the firm in 2012, she was an associate editor at ChicDarling.com. She was also a senior consultant at Porter Novelli and an account manager at Edelman.
