New chief digital officer at Vision7 Media

Vision7 Media of Toronto has appointed Joseph Leon to the position of chief digital officer. He has been working for the company as an advisor on digital projects for several months. Leon previously spent seven years as European managing director of digital agency Essence. Prior to that, he spent three years as head of online marketing at Lloyds TSB in London. Vision7 Media is the parent company of Cossette Media, Jungle Media and Impact Research.
