Hitachi breaks international campaign

Tokyo-based Hitachi has begun a new international brand campaign that will run in 17 countries. The campaign, which uses the tagline, "Social innovation - It's our future," is intended to promote the company's new vision of itself as a socially innovative business. The initiative will take a special focus on India, Brazil and the Middle East, in an effort to raise awareness of the Hitachi brand in those regions. The campaign will run in the United States in June and August. Ads placed with digital media outlets will highlight the company's capabilities in the energy sector.
