Brandworks joins One Advertising

Toronto-based Brandworks has become part of One Advertising, also based in Toronto. One will also assume Brandworks' equity partnership in Worldwide Partners, a network of independent, owner-operated agencies. Brandworks principals Ron Chapman, Michael Clancy and Lorne Kirshenbaum will join the One senior executive staff. The agency's employees will also move to One. Brandworks's services include branding, creative, design, digital and media work. "It made sense to join another strong, independent Canadian shop, so together we could offer our clients greater depth across all disciplines," said Kirshenbaum. "We highly value and will continue to nurture all of our client relationships." One Advertising was formed in 2012 through the merger of 58Ninety and Due North.
