New Quebec president at Cossette

Cossette has promoted Melanie Dunn to the position of president in Quebec. She has also become chairman of Vision7 in Quebec. For the past two years Dunn has been executive vice-president and general manager of the agency's Montreal office. Prior to that, she was vice-president and general manager. In addition, Louis Duchesne has been promoted from vice-president to senior vice-president and general manager of Cossette's Quebec City office.
