Weber Shandwick joins Institute of Communication Agencies

Weber Shandwick has become the first public relations agency to join the Institute of Communication Agencies, a professional business association representing Canadian communication agencies. "Joining ICA reflects how Weber Shandwick thinks about public relations and how we have evolved as a communications agency," said Greg Power, president of Weber Shandwick Canada. "Our clients operate in a new world of opportunity that we call the engagement era and our service to them goes well beyond how public relations agencies have traditionally approached communications to embrace brand planning, content creation and paid media.
