Hollywood Suite breaks new campaign

Toronto-based specialty television channel company Hollywood Suite has begun a new advertising campaign in support of its high-definition movie channels WarnerFilms, MGM Channel, Sony Movie Channel and AXN Movies. The campaign includes television, radio, digital, outdoor and print advertising in Ontario. The creative features faux-celebrity spokespeople who encourage consumers to exercise their "right" to view movies without commercials or edits. The campaign was developed by Wunderkind. Media buying is being handled by Twenty6two. "Many of our personal favourite movies of all time are on the channels and we love the fact that we're playing up the value proposition of iconic movies and stars in their original uncut and uninterrupted form in brilliant HD, in a way that shows Canadians the cheeky and fun-loving personality of Hollywood Suite," said Wahn Yoon, president and chief strategy officer at Wunderkind. "We think consumers are going to enjoy this campaign."
