Astral Out-of-Home has created a new website located at <>, aimed at marketing and advertising professionals. The site is intended to showcase various out-of-home advertising campaigns and provide information about the industry. Anne-Marie Archambault has been appointed editor-in-chief of the site. "Out-of-home advertising changes our perception of the urban landscape and we wanted to provide the marketers and advertisers responsible with an online platform to inspire their creativity," said Nathalie Doré, vice-president of marketing and media creativity at Astral Out-of-Home. "Our partners are always seeking new ideas, industry trends, and information about what's being done at home and abroad. With Face/Ad/Blog we're giving them exactly that, and aiming to start conversations, inform and inspire."

The Ad Club of Toronto has constructed a new website at <>. The members-only site offers events information, job postings, profiles, polls, professional advice and other content. "This has been a year in the making, and when we embarked on this new site, we needed it to be more responsive and provide greater connectivity," said Mladen Raickovic, president of the organization. "Instead of acting as an online brochure pushing out info, we want people to become engaged and post their ideas, comments, and act as contributors. Membership is free, and it does come with the added benefit of having access to the fun social and education events the Ad Club offers." The site was developed by Evolusent of Mississauga.
