Beaverbrook Developments conducts One at Windermere campaign

Alberta-based real estate developer Beaverbrook Developments has begun a campaign for a new residential development in Edmonton called One at Windermere. The campaign, created by Giants & Gentlemen of Toronto, uses the tagline, "Don't be beige" and focuses on the unconventional look of the houses at One at Windemere. The campaign, which will run until the end of the month, includes cinema and television advertising, supported by print, online and mobile ads. "One at Windermere is such a unique development, which is why the advertising needed to stand out not only creatively but in media too," said Alanna Nathanson, creative director at Giants & Gentlemen. "It's very unusual for a real estate developer to do cinema and TV, and it's getting noticed."
