Leger Marketing buys Agility Metrics

Leger Marketing has acquired a majority stake in Agility Metrics, a Montreal-based company specializing in customer experience management software. Leger will rename the company Leger Metrics and incorporate its products into its own data collection and reporting system and marketing research services. Agility founder Richard Pridham will remain president and CEO of the firm. Co-founder Steve Perrone will continue to be vice-president of client solutions and services. No financial details are available. "We chose to acquire Agility Metrics after meeting with dozens of firms that specialize in new information technology," said Jean-Marc Léger, President of Leger Marketing. "Agility Metrics has unique expertise and technology, which allows them to provide an accurate and real-time measurement of the omni-channel customer experience, whether they are at points of sale, on-line, on mobile devices, or at the product level. This solution complements Leger Marketing's offer for measuring customer experience."
