Brand Momentum, Locus Strategies combine operations

Brand Momentum of Toronto and Locus Strategies of Longueuil, QC have combined their operations. The company will operate as Brand Momentum and will focus on sales, merchandising, experiential programs and digital marketing. Louis Garceau, president of Locus Strategies, will become president of Brand Momentum Quebec and vice-president of Brand Momentum. Jean Labelle, former head of operations at Quebecor, will become vice-president of operations at Brand Momentum Quebec. Stéphane Tremblay will become director of client services. Brand Momentum's clients include Volkswagen, Agropur, Reckitt Benckiser, Bell Canada and the Wine Council of Ontario. "We have chosen to combine forces with Locus in order to deliver a stronger strategic expertise in sales and marketing services to our clients," said Hesham Shafie, CEO of Brand Momentum. "Having a head office in Quebec, led by a senior management team, is a critical milestone in our long term strategy of servicing our clients on a national basis."
