TorQuest Partners buys Array Marketing Group

TorQuest Partners, a Toronto-based private equity fund management company, has purchased Array Marketing Group, also based in Toronto, for an undisclosed sum. TorQuest made the deal in association with a group of co-investors including Westerkirk Capital and Northleaf Capital Partners. Array specializes in retail merchandising, point-of-purchase displays and retail fixtures. "Array has built a very successful business and has solidified its position in the market," said Marc Lipton of TorQuest. "We're pleased to have partnered with Array's management team and will work alongside them with a focus on growing the company's core business, continuing to leverage Array's strengths in innovative design, high quality finished products and outstanding customer service."
