TC Media buys Redux Media

TC Media of Montreal has acquired a majority stake in online advertising company Redux Media. No financial details are available. According to the company, Redux delivers approximately 12 billion monthly advertising impressions to approximately 80 million unique visitors in Canada and the US across 15 content channels. "This new partnership offers a strong unique proposition to our customers by providing access to real-time bidding, private exchange and arbitrage advertising platforms with cutting-edge network capabilities to better serve advertisers and agencies," said Dominique-Sébastien Forest, vice-president of national digital solutions at TC Media.
