Website roundup

Dairy Farmers of Canada has constructed a new website as part of its promotion surrounding the 35th anniversary of its Milk Calendar. The site, called "Milk Calendar Moments," is located at <http://www.mymilkcalendar.ca/moments>. Visitors to the site can view old calendar recipes and artwork, as well as information about memorable events and popular culture news from the calendar's history. Visitors can access this material through a scrolling timeline and share items of interest through social networking sites. The site was developed by Twist Image. "The Milk Calendar has roots that run deep," said Mickael Kanfi, chief product officer at Twist Image. "Canadians have been sharing their memories with Dairy Farmers of Canada for years.  We believe making the memories public and shareable is the perfect way to celebrate the 35th anniversary."

GlassBox Television of Toronto has launched a new webite called Pophunter.com. The popular music site will focus on daily entertainment news, photo galleries, features and podcasts. "In a climate where art-rock indie darlings get the critical adoration, Pop Hunter celebrates the extravagance of Top 40 universe with a wry and informed stance."
