Upanup Studios launches in Victoria

A new digital agency called Upanup Studios has opened in Victoria. The firm will specialize in web strategy, programming, development and design, as well as mobile applications and online marketing. The company was founded by Peter Knapp, with Richard Hammond as chief technology officer. "Upanup Studios is a great example of the talent and entrepreneurial culture that Victoria is able to attract," said Sasha Angus, economic development officer at the Greater Victoria Development Agency. "Entrepreneurs like Peter and the team at Upanup recognize that the quality of life we enjoy is matched by the quality of opportunity in the region."
