Green Savoree Racing Promotions retains Torchia Communications

Green Savoree Racing Promotions has renewed its contract with Torchia Communications to conduct public relations for its two street-course race properties for the 2012 season. Green Savoree owns and operates the Honda Grand Prix in St. Petersburg, which will take place from March 23 to 25, and the Honda Indy Toronto, which will take place from July 6 to 8. The assignment includes the organization of media events, spokesperson interviews, driver appearances, editorial services, a news bureau, an online newsroom, an onsite media centre and media relations. This will be the third year that Torchia has handled the Toronto assignment and the second handling St. Petersburg. "For decades, our firm has been involved in virtually all levels of motorsport locally, nationally and globally, from grassroots programs to the pinnacle of the sport," said Jean-Claude Torchia, agency president and CEO. "Our agency has always had a soft spot for this thrilling sport and it gives us great pride to renew our partnership with Kevin Savoree, Kim Green and their competent team for a third consecutive year."
