Hill & Knowlton hires two

Hill & Knowlton Canada has appointed Richard Cohen to the position of senior associate in the Ottawa public affairs and procurement group. For the last four years, he has been senior defence advisor to Minister of National Defence Peter MacKay. George Bothwell has joined the agency's Toronto office as an associate. He was most recently responsible for external relations and communications at Atomic Energy of Canada. He has also worked at Barclays Bank, Bank of Montreal and Coca-Cola.
