TD Bank Group has signed-on as a sponsor of the annual Rogers Chinatown Street Festival in Calgary, which will take place on Aug. 13. TD will operate an installation at the event called the Booth of Fortune, which will offer attendees ways to win various prizes, including a live "money tree." TD will also be a sponsor of the main performance stage. "At TD, we embrace and celebrate diversity in many ways with our customers and our employees," said Monique Bateman, senior vice-president of the prairie region at TD Canada Trust. "The Rogers Chinatown Street Festival gives us an opportunity to further our support for diverse communities and celebrate the rich and varied cultures of our customers, employees and neighbours."
