Group-buying website Dealfind has launched a version of its website localized for St. John's. The site offers merchants the ability to sell their products and services at special prices to local consumers. "Dealfind facilitates a mutually beneficial relationship between merchants and customers by giving the former a chance to get more traffic through their doors and the latter a chance to get a significant discount on high-quality, local products and services," said company president Gary Lipovetsky. "Many small businesses don't have the resources to produce a television commercial and pay to have it advertised on a major TV network or to place a recurring ad in a newspaper.
