Capital Hoedown hires Wakeham & Associates

The Capital Hoedown Country Music Festival has retained Wakeham & Associates Marketing of Toronto as its sponsorship agency. The 2011 edition of the annual festival will take place in Ottawa from August 11 to 13. Wakeham has been hired to search for title, presenting and official sponsors for the event. "We think that alignment with the festival presents some tremendous sponsorship marketing opportunities for corporate partners, and that a strong business case can be made for participating in this exciting event," said agency president Hugh Wakeham. "We have several companies confirming sponsorship already, and we invite others to join us if they are interested in reaching a desirable young, affluent and passionately loyal audience."
