New president at Arc Productions

Toronto-based Arc Productions has promoted Jeff Young to the positions of president and COO. Former studio head and executive vice-president David Steinberg will depart the firm to pursue other projects. In addition, Peter Kozik has been appointed vice-president of finance. Animation and visual effects studio Arc was recently acquired by a Canadian ownership group from Starz Media US.
