Cano joins National

National Public Relations has hired Catherine Cano as managing partner of its Toronto office. She will begin work on June 6. Cano was previously director of program development at CBC News. She has also been news director of SRC News, head of RDI and assistant news director at Al Jazeera English. She was also president of Canovision, a US-based news media consulting firm.
