Bertram becomes president of TBWA Latin America

TBWA Worldwide has appointed Jay Bertram president of TBWA Latin America. Bertram will also remain president of TBWA Canada, a position he has held since 2006. Bertram joined Chiat Day in 1989 as an account director, later becoming co-managing director responsible for new business. In 1995 he joined Cossette Communications, where he remained until returning to TBWA Toronto in 2002.
