Ontario Media Development Corporation conducts international campaign

The Ontario Media Development Corporation is conducting an international advertising campaign promoting the province's cultural media sector. The campaign, which uses the tagline, "Be part of it," consists of television, print and online advertising. The six-week initiative features approximately 80 Ontario companies and cultural exports. It will run in Canada, the US and the UK. The campaign was developed by Brandworks International of Toronto. "Ontario is now a global hub for cultural content creation and distribution, and our creative industries are growing faster than the rest of the economy," said Karen Thorne-Stone, president and CEO of the organization. "That's why we're ramping up marketing to investors and consumers alike and telling them that we've got it going on in Ontario."
