Montreal-based Vibrant Idéation et Marketing has retained Brigitte Filiatrault Public Relations to handle its internal and external communications, public relations and strategic counsel for 2011. The agency will also do some public relations work various Vibrant clients, including E&J Gallo Winery and Merck.
