Brooks joins Kingsdale Communications

Kingsdale Communications of Toronto has appointed Beverly Brooks to the position of managing director. She was previously a senior counsellor of public affairs at Hill & Knowlton. She has also been vice-president of public affairs at Advocis and assistant vice-president of government relations and chief economist at Bell Mobility.
