Yahoo, Microsoft integrate paid search advertising services

Last week, Yahoo and Microsoft completed the integration of their advertising accounts to the Microsoft Advertising AdCenter platform. AdCenter now handled all the paid search advertisements on search engines Bing.com and Yahoo.com, as well as associated sites and publisher networks in the US and Canada. According to the companies, the combination will allow advertisers to reach an audience of 163 million users in the US and 15 million in Canada. Yahoo has also moved its mobile search ads to the Microsoft system, and will begin transitioning its international sites in 2011. The process is expected to be completed in early 2012.
